New features allow you to rate calls and provide a history of call quality as part of your overall campaign tracking.

Click on the number of calls you received in the summary section.

Click “View Details” below the graph. In the detail section, you can see who called, how long the call lasted and listen to each call by clicking on the green phone icon.

Click on the Rate It button and designate that call as a:
• Sale
• Lead
• Inquiry
• Other
In the comments box, designate the amount of sale, instructions for follow up, or anything else that helps you determine the worth of that call and hit submit.
Now that call shows the rating. If you roll over the rating in red, you will see the comment you provided. All users can see the comments, but only advertiser client users can actually submit the comment and rating.
After all of your calls are rated, you can sort the calls by the rating listed. Look at the top of the call detail report and choose a rating.
Hide Name and Address by checking the box under customer contact info at the top of the call detail report. Use this feature when printing to protect your customer information.
Hide Repeat Phone Calls by checking the “Unique calls only” box. Now multiple calls from the same number will be shown as one call (the longest duration call will be displayed).
Show only calls that are of significant length by entering a minimum call length in the “Call Duration” box at the top of the report
Print this report by clicking the icon at the very top left of the call detail report (which will only print the details). To print the entire report, including the graph, please use the print icon at the top of the report.
